Divorce and Child Support

i want to now how to start the divorce with  children ? i have two littli one thar r 2 years and 9 mounts old and the Questen i have is how do i go about  leting the kids dad having them in they day time on his day off. not over night he has yell at the babys.and he has a timper and get short with theme at mimes. i do not now  how he wood do alone with theme all day .he sleep up stars and in my part when he is not sleep shoud i tell hem to stay up stars ? thar i a tv in his sister living room .shood i let  the kids go up with alone .i want the best four the kids. and i want to let there dad see theme .dut i dod not fill go about leaving theme alone with him caus of the shortness and yellen . he fit with me about the kids we do not se eye to eye when it comes bown totime out and all that .he has a bad attow about life . he fit with me all the time whem he with me .  

The best thing is to find a good lawyer and talk to them about all of this that is going on....if he has a temper, that will also show up in court, you do have to think of the best intrest for your children.  Remember also reading through these blogs that I have done lately, alimony, reading of your divorce papers etc....take time to read those please!
