Moving within the state after filing??????

Is anyone aware of the laws regarding the planitff moving within the state after filing?

I live in Fairbanks, want to file in Kodiak when I move. Is this advisable or should I file in Fairbanks and ask the courts for an order allowing me to move if desired within the state????
