child support??

my husband and i were married for 16 years. have 2 children ages 16 and 12. we will share custody 50/50. we each filed bankruptcy, he makes 2x as much as i do so he filed chapter 13 and i filed chapter 7. He will have to pay back 100%. he is asking that no child support be enforced. am i not still entitled to some child support? he also has a pension and 401K. Aren't i entitled to a portion of that also??
