    father not paying

i live in georgia. i have been divorced for about 8 years. 2 years ago, i decided to go through georgia's child support agency to help me get my child's child support. in october of 2007, he was ordered to pay 700 a month with 50 of that being back pay. he now owes 10,000 in back pay. well, he had a job and paid until sept 2008. he then has only paid about half. when the state of georgia got close to taking his license away and arresting him, he paid his full amount again for 1 month. he now is not working and wants to take me back to court to try and get full custody and make me pay him. my current husband had to add her on his insurance because my ex was suppose to cover that but when he quit his job no more insurance. i have gotten so fed up with him not paying and him telling my 10 year it is my fault that he cannot buy stuff for her

This is where I feel so deeply for mothers going throuh stuff like this, one his past and what he does and never there and having to basically have is licence pulled I do not think you have any worry of full custody, but I think the court system would have a huge laugh at him in my opinion.  Let him take you to court and again show how unfit of a father he is...nice he can not buy things or pay child support but wants custody, that is a laugh, my heart goes out deeply for you...do you have any questions along the lines of child support?  IF you are worried about him gettin custody, I think you just need to kick back and relax, and it sounds so nice that your current husband is willing to help with her.  Have you ever thouht about fighting to get your current husband to adopt her?
