    What can be done?

My ex-girlfriend has custody of our 4 year old son. I live in Indiana and she lives in Illinois.  I feel that I am being used in the system. She lives with her mother, and grandmother with my son. I'm not exactly sure of what or if she pays to live there. She lives a high maintenance life in which she continually goes out every weekend, bought a brand new (expensive) vehicle, and since giving birth to our son has bought herself a new pair of boobs.  I have heard that if the custodial parent gets a raise or a higher paying job that my child support order can be modified.  How do I go about that, as I am going through the illinois child support enforcement for payments. I don't feel that my son is getting any benefit from the money I'm paying, but that she is. I also provide health insurance for my son, but she continues to use welfare. Another abuse of the system. My wife and I work very hard to provide the life that we do for our own daughter, and she gets no where near the attention (financially) that she should because of the amount I have to pay towards my son. I need some advice!
