child support past 18years of age

I need to know what am I legally liable for since my son is now 18. There is no stipulation as to paying beyond the age of 18.

Re: child support past 18years of age

Most child support stops when the child reaches 18 years of age, now in some cases if the child is going to school or has special needs, you can get a few years added on, but now if your child is going to college and needs help, you are going to have to talk to a lawyer in your area and more then likely have to go to court over it.
Shoot for the moon, even if you miss, you'll land among the stars.
