Does he really have this right after so long?
Does my daughter's father have the right to his visitation which is in our court case. Here are the circumstances: he hasn't payed a dime in his child support, hasn't been around in her life, and hasn't had any interest in her what-so-ever until the past month. But yet he won't take the time off work to come visit her so she can get to know him (she is 15 months old). I want him to have supervised visits (me there to see how she acts) until she is used to him and actually knows him. He claims he works too much to take off work. I however go to college full time and work as a waitress in the evenings and don't get home until 10pm-1:30am on most nights so I can support her. I financially can't afford to take off work to drive 2 or so hours for her to see him. I need the money I make every night to have gas in my car to get her to the babysitters and to buy her necessities. So my question once again is can I deny him visitations even though they are ordered under these circumstances?

Re: Does he really have this right after so long?
First of I think with the back child support or has not paid any, that why should he be able to visit, if one part can not be followed why should he get a visitation, and if she is not use to him and never been around him, that is my opinion, although court orders are court orders, but again he did not follow his part on child support so I beleive you need to contact the lawyer who initially drew up the papers or get a second opinion from a lawyer in your area about this, BUT if you are not sure of him and another question is, were you ever married? Again if you do not feel comfortable leaving your little one with him, he has not paid an ounce of child support, you have a case to possibly get supervised visits, and he may have to come to you not vise versa, let me know, I can also send your question out to some lawyers if you like.
Shoot for the moon, even if you miss, you'll land among the stars.
