We have agreed to joint custody (2 weeks on 2 weeks off) since this agreement our son has undergone surgery for his condition due to my wife's procrastination on his needs. I agreed to resume split custody after her mother (whom she resides with) assured me they would be on top of things from this point on. Needless to say Doctors are now contacting me about appointments not being made again.
