Divorce, Needing Help!

We all need help at some point in our lives, wither it is a day to day moment or big issues such as divorce, asking questions and learning is some of the help we need, just as in yesterdays blog, learning how important it is, if you and your spouse agree on something, that having it put in writing in your divorce papers, is the biggest thing you can do, verbal agreements can be broken at any time, so when making an agreement, make sure it is in your divorce papers, wither it is dealing with child support, who pays for day care, who pays for medical, or even health insurance on both you and your children.  I stress that reading over your divorce papers is one of the most important things you will do in your divorce process.  The first one of course finding your divorce lawyer, then making sure that you and your divorce lawyer keep in contact on everything, and you also share everything that is going on, such as, my spouse said they will do this, it needs to be written in the divorce papers, so that agreements if broken, can be quickly fixed.  That's why I say reading your divorce papers from top to bottom, side to side, up and down, every word, of course you can skim over it, but what if something like, he will pay my health insurance for such and such of time is now not in there but you thought it was, reading over your papers will make you notice that.  Never be afraid to ask a friend for help, to have them read over your papers also, having a second party you trust is good, you can tell them the things to look over and if it is not in there, they can be the one that helps you.

One of the great things here at divorce and child is being able to ask questions, and never sign anything before you read it! Never be afraid to ask for help!
