The quality of your motion papers and the individual judges in the case will play an important impact if they will allow the divorce papers to be reopened and modified. It is not an easy process and again can cost you money that may not get your divorce case reopened at all. So as I stress over and over in most my divorce blogs...research and find a great divorce lawyer, because if you overlook something, a great divorce lawyer may catch it, and you will not end back up in divorce court.
