Moving and Children in a Divorce.
A divorce and child question made me stop and think about what divorce information I wanted to share today, what divorce points or states I wanted to talk about, being in Arizona divorce with questions of divorce in that area, had me recapping on divorce in that area, and I was going to hit on, Arizona debt division in a divorce this morning. Then I realized there are a few divorce and child areas, we have really NEVER discussed. So the question this morning which I answered to the best of my ability, through the divorce and child information that I have researched, made me want to take a moment to write this blog, on this divorce and child information. You hear it all the time, spouses moving in a divorce, to relocate to other areas. Now when spouses move in a divorce, the cost of the children visiting need to be set up in the divorce papers that the spouses need to split that cost. Here is another area of having a great divorce lawyer comes in to play, I have said it a thousand times, they will know to get the cost split between the spouses in the divorce.
So the question this morning was, the divorce is not finale, and it had already been set in the divorce for the children to return to the same school they were in, which the father is also paying for not included in the child support. Now the mother after the divorce wants to move out of the county. Can this be done? Well it depends a lot on the nature of the move after the divorce, if a spouse is doing it to better themselves and their children's lives, through getting schooling after the divorce, or moving for a better high paying job, or even to be closer to family, so that family can help out after the divorce with the children, well there is a possibility your going to have a hard time stopping the move after the divorce. But again a good divorce lawyer, can help you in this situation, especially if the nature of the move is just to MOVE and cause problems, between a parent seeing their children. So make sure to get a good divorce lawyer, if you find this happening in your situation, or at any time, unless spouses can come to some sort of terms on visitation and how the visitation will be paid for, depending on how far away it is.
