Divorce In General.
So lets just recap a bit on divorce. I also want to say it is the weekend and I do step away a bit, but I am still checking in to see if you have any divorce or child support questions. So today I just wanted to recap a little bit on divorce and recap a little bit on some questions this week dealing with divorce and child support. I want to say that divorce is such a hard time in any ones life, wither your just starting the divorce process, or your towards the end of your divorce, the divorce process really never gets any easier. Also if your just having a rough time with your divorce, you know this is a place that you can get things off your chest, and talk about things going on in your divorce and life.
I get the question a lot what is divorce, well it is the LEGAL separation of a wife and a husband that no long want to be in a marriage, of course there our bigger terms for what divorce is, but that is one everyone can understand. So I say it again, the divorce process will never get easier for us mentally. That is why in a lot of my divorce blogs I do suggest that you find some outlet, wither its therapy, someone you can trust to talk to about your divorce and it is also good if you have children in the divorce that they receive some counseling to. Children are not like us, I have seen and researched many divorce cases where the children blame the divorce on themselves, and they also do not understand the fighting between their parents in the divorce, so honestly concealing is one of the best things you can do for your family in time of divorce, it helps everyone.
Finding a good divorce lawyer I just can not push that enough. Knowing what's going on in your divorce, a lot of people go into a divorce like I have said, not knowing what they have, and end up losing a lot in the divorce, so take some inventory, KNOW what you have, and get what is rightfully yours. Check and see if you can get alimony in your divorce. Make sure to wrap up your divorce properly, make sure you read those PAPERS, that will be the last and final most important thing you do.
