Texas Child Support And Child Custody.

First off in this blog, child support is for the care and well being of your child.  In Texas the child support payments and how much you pay are based on your net income, and if you have any other income on the side.  Here is a list of how child support is paid in Texas. 
  1. If you have one child it will be twenty percent of your net income, for child support.
  2. If you have two children it will be twenty five percent of your net income, for child support.
  3. If you have three children it will be thirty percent of your net income, for child support.
  4. If you have four children it will be thirty five percent of your net income, for child support.
  5. If you have five children it will be forty percent of your net income, for child support.

  4. The overall happiness and safety of the child.
  5. If the child s 12 years of age or older, the child can make a decision in who they would most likely want to live with.
 Texas really does stress for parents to try to work out these arrangements so the courts do not have to, remember counseling for a divorce and getting your children settled into a new life style for being back and forth between parents is good, it not only helps the children better understand, but the parents, never let the children think it is their fault.
